This page explains how to request deletion of your MirathPro account and the
data associated with it, which data is removed, and which data we are required to keep.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to hashimabdulla001@gmail.com from the email address you registered with in the app.
- Use the subject line Delete my account
- In the message, confirm you want your MirathPro account and data permanently deleted. (Sending from your registered email lets us verify the request is really yours.)
- We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving a valid request (usually within a few days), and email you when it is done.
Tip: you can also remove individual items yourself inside the app at any time — open a saved case and delete it, or long-press a chat to delete it — without deleting your whole account.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed from our cloud database (Google Firebase) and can no longer be recovered:
- Your account profile — name and email address
- Your sign-in credentials (the login is deleted from Firebase Authentication)
- All saved inheritance cases and the estate details they contain (assets, debts, bequests, relatives, calculations and reports)
- Your chat conversations with scholars and all their messages
- Your in-app notifications
- Your scholar directory listing, if you are a scholar
- Any email-verification codes
What data is kept, and for how long
- Payment / transaction records (for example: amount, currency, date and status of a subscription purchase) are retained for up to 7 years to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. These records do not contain your inheritance case data.
- Public community questions you posted are stored anonymously (they carry no name or personal identifier) and may remain visible so that scholars' answers keep their context.
Note: because your data is stored in the cloud, simply uninstalling the app does not delete your account — please follow the steps above.
